Senior technical officials from local government associations have participated in the meeting, and as an ALGASL, the Executive Director of ALGASL, Khalid Hersi, presented the achievements and some of the challenges of the decentralization process, particularly the DRM and other functions, and shared recommendations and discussions for greater collaboration approaches through CIB and other platforms.
