DANWADAAG Programme Advisory Committee Meeting in Somaliland

The Advisory Committee Meeting convened on January 15, in the office of the Association of Local Governments of Somaliland (ALGASL) with a sense of purpose and collaboration, bringing together Consortium members and representatives from the DRM Units of Hargeisa and Burao local authorities. As the meeting commenced, there was a profound atmosphere of anticipation, driven by the shared commitment to enhancing disaster risk management (DRM) efforts within Somaliland.

Through collaborative efforts, stakeholders pledged to forge ahead, guided by a common vision of building more resilient communities and safeguarding lives and livelihoods against disaster.
